There's a point in every pool build where it starts looking real. The shell is in, the water is sitting, and the paver deck is laid out clean around the coping. That's where this project is - and it's already looking sharp.

The rectangular pool design with a dark interior finish gives it that deep, modern look a lot of homeowners are going after right now. Paired with the two-tone paver deck - a lighter border running the full perimeter with a contrasting field paver inside it - the whole setup has a polished, intentional feel that goes beyond just 'we put a pool in the backyard.'

The deck framing posts are already in the ground, which tells you this isn't stopping at the water's edge. A covered structure is going up, and when it does, this space becomes a full outdoor living area - not just a swimming pool. That's a big difference in how the finished yard functions day to day.

Out here in the Hixson area, wooded lots like this one come with their own set of challenges. Grading, drainage, and figuring out how to work around mature trees while still getting heavy equipment in - it all has to be thought through before a single shovel hits the dirt. We plan for that upfront so it doesn't become a problem mid-project.

A build like this takes coordination. Pool contractors, hardscape crews, fence and structure installers - everyone has to work in sequence. When it's managed well, the site stays clean, the timeline holds, and the homeowner isn't left chasing updates. That's what we focus on bringing to every job we're part of.
